About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Works with the Director, Operations as a strategic partner in all operational aspects of managing and leading the Asset Services team
Monitor appropriate checks and balances to ensure high level of quality in operations
Understand compliance with management agreements and review expenditures
Ensure compliance of full utilization of C&W tools and resources
Work with MDs, Engineering to verify the existence of property procedures
Manage workers' compensation accounts
Streamline business processes for efficiencies within the Asset Services business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration or Real Estate
3-5 years demonstrated experience
PMP, CPM, RPA certifications
Must be able to travel up to 10 % of the time
