About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As the Talent Leader, Manager of People Partnering for a global client account team, you will drive the development and execution of our people strategy.
  • Create a comprehensive people plan to drive business strategy.
  • Develop a recruiting plan with Global Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive a world-class on-boarding process to foster an inclusive team culture.
  • Provide strategic consultation on integrating HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve programs for increased organizational effectiveness and engagement.
  • Analyze situations and apply HR knowledge to define priorities.
  • Work closely with the Global Account and Operations Directors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields preferred
  • 8-10 years relevant HR experience
  • Experience with enterprise HR tools and databases e.g. Workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent cross-functional and global collaboration
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authority
  • Skill in examining organizational structures, operations and procedures
  • Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and practices
