About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including technology agreements
- Identify and mitigate risks in various vendor agreements, agency agreements, engagement letters, and other commercial contracts
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and internal policy changes, updating attorneys and contract templates as needed
- Contribute to operational improvements and best practices for contract workflows
- Collaborate with team attorneys to share best practices and document negotiation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience independently negotiating and managing processes for complex commercial contracts
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts; experience negotiating technology contracts is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Innovative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert managing contract lifecycle and related systems and in all aspects of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
