Senior Maintenance Manager
Cushman & WakefieldSenior Maintenance Manager overseeing operations at C&W Services while leading maintenance and facility support activities. Requires extensive experience with Conveyor Systems and Reliability Maintenance principles.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all aspects of C&W Services operations at location
- Responsible for leadership, direction, coordination and performance of all assigned maintenance and facility support activities
- Leadership of “Safety First” program
- Customer relations and employee development
- Budget preparation and cost control
- Profit and loss responsibility for the account
- Quality control, maintenance process development and conformance
- Oversight of all processes ensuring conformance to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management
- Experience in supervision, planning / scheduling, and estimating
- Reliability experience strongly preferred
- Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
