About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversight of Continuous Improvement Program, Business Support Program, Technical Training Program, and Planning and Scheduling Program.
Responsibilities include direct leadership of each program manager.
Manage customer relations, quality assurance, problem solving, and program element service delivery.
Assist in new location startups related to each of the programs.
Ensure adherence to company and client safety programs and expectation.
Develop and implement quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing the same and assessing quality levels achieved by Program Managers.
Develop and implement performance metrics and report progress on same for each Program Manager Team.
Provides short range/long range planning with the Director of Operations, and one-on-one activities with Program Managers and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in program management.
Experience in training and planning & scheduling preferred, but not required.
Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired but not required.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
