About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversight of Continuous Improvement Program, Business Support Program, Technical Training Program, and Planning and Scheduling Program.
- Responsibilities include direct leadership of each program manager.
- Manage customer relations, quality assurance, problem solving, and program element service delivery.
- Assist in new location startups related to each of the programs.
- Ensure adherence to company and client safety programs and expectation.
- Develop and implement quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing the same and assessing quality levels achieved by Program Managers.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and report progress on same for each Program Manager Team.
- Provides short range/long range planning with the Director of Operations, and one-on-one activities with Program Managers and customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
- An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
- Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in program management.
- Experience in training and planning & scheduling preferred, but not required.
- Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired but not required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
