About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversight of Continuous Improvement Program, Business Support Program, Technical Training Program, and Planning and Scheduling Program.
  • Responsibilities include direct leadership of each program manager.
  • Manage customer relations, quality assurance, problem solving, and program element service delivery.
  • Assist in new location startups related to each of the programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client safety programs and expectation.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance methods and procedures, overseeing the same and assessing quality levels achieved by Program Managers.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and report progress on same for each Program Manager Team.
  • Provides short range/long range planning with the Director of Operations, and one-on-one activities with Program Managers and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum qualification: possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
  • An advanced degree in Business Management is preferred, but not required.
  • Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in program management.
  • Experience in training and planning & scheduling preferred, but not required.
  • Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
