About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support field operations with strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
- Lead strategic sourcing, contract administration, supplier relationship management, and overall procurement operations for client account.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies based on spend analysis, supplier performance, and operational needs.
- Manage all Procurement deliverables for new vendor contract transitions and major operational transformations.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Project Management to ensure cohesive implementation.
- Interpret and negotiate commercial terms, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and client needs.
- Maintain strong organizational processes to support compliance, audits, and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
- 4–5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply management experience (facility services preferred).
- Experience managing complex sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
- Prior involvement in transitions, transformations, or business development desirable.
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and e‑procurement tools.
- Legal and contractual knowledge, including ability to negotiate terms and explain contract details to stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including data interpretation and spend analytics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using technology, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
