About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support field operations with strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, contract administration, supplier relationship management, and overall procurement operations for client account.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies based on spend analysis, supplier performance, and operational needs.
  • Manage all Procurement deliverables for new vendor contract transitions and major operational transformations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Project Management to ensure cohesive implementation.
  • Interpret and negotiate commercial terms, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and client needs.
  • Maintain strong organizational processes to support compliance, audits, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
  • 4–5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply management experience (facility services preferred).
  • Experience managing complex sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Prior involvement in transitions, transformations, or business development desirable.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and e‑procurement tools.
  • Legal and contractual knowledge, including ability to negotiate terms and explain contract details to stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including data interpretation and spend analytics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using technology, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
