About the role
- Work with clients to understand how their supply chains operate through site visits and diagnostics;
- Identify inefficiencies across warehousing, transport, inventory, and fulfillment;
- Apply structured thinking to breakdown complex operational problems;
- Support projects across network design and warehouse layout optimization;
- Use data to support decision-making and communicate recommendations clearly;
- Contribute to project delivery, taking ownership of workstreams and outputs;
- Support proposals, pitches, and client discussions from the outset.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (e.g. warehouse, transport, manufacturing, distribution);
- Hands-on supply chain experience;
- Comfortable being on-site, asking questions and understanding operations;
- Naturally curious and able to break down problems;
- Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders;
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, etc.) to support analysis and decision-making;
- Exposure to tools like Power BI or network design software is a bonus.
