About the role
- Support the Account Director to ensure alignment of all contract deliverables
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end business processes
- Drive business transformation by analyzing existing systems and recommending process improvements
- Ensure technology integration aligns with the business process architecture
- Leverage knowledge of data modeling and data integration to design processes
- Drive innovation by aligning technology solutions with the unique operational and transactional requirements of the CRE business
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial property management and/or executive level sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in designing and delivering business process architecture deliverables, such as capability maps, process flowcharts, and business capability models
- Extensive experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Technology Expertise: Experience in designing processes that integrate across multiple systems and technologies, ensuring smooth data flow and functional coherence
- Change Management: Proven ability to drive change within an organization, ensuring adoption of new technologies and processes
