Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Account Director to ensure alignment of all contract deliverables
Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end business processes
Drive business transformation by analyzing existing systems and recommending process improvements
Ensure technology integration aligns with the business process architecture
Leverage knowledge of data modeling and data integration to design processes
Drive innovation by aligning technology solutions with the unique operational and transactional requirements of the CRE business

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of commercial property management and/or executive level sales management experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in designing and delivering business process architecture deliverables, such as capability maps, process flowcharts, and business capability models
Extensive experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
Technology Expertise: Experience in designing processes that integrate across multiple systems and technologies, ensuring smooth data flow and functional coherence
Change Management: Proven ability to drive change within an organization, ensuring adoption of new technologies and processes
