About the role
- Serve as the primary owner of the REALM CMMS governance model, including standards, controls, and change management
- Develop and maintain a formal CMMS data governance model
- Design and implement data quality routines, compliance checks, and recurring audits
- Own the CMMS change control process related to various asset management aspects
- Develop and deliver role-based training for SMEs and Super Users
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure REALM supports evolving business and operational needs
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience
- Deep experience with CMMS platforms
- Proven expertise in data governance, system controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting large, multi-site real estate portfolios across office and retail assets
- Strong ability to translate operational needs into scalable system standards and processes
- Familiarity with property management, facilities management, and compliance requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
