About the role
- Manage daily queue strategy: Proactively plan coverage for volume surges and team absences.
- Serve as escalation point: Assist team members, brokers, and market operations.
- Assist PD management team with market relationships.
- Promote collaboration: Facilitate teamwork across geographies.
- Motivate team daily: Ensure successful execution against SLAs.
- Coach/mentor/train other team members.
- Lead continuous improvement: Enhance workflows efficiently.
- Build and manage relationships with Brokers, Broker Admins, other Cushman & Wakefield support functions.
- Cover multiple offices within assigned market / region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business is preferred
- 3+ years of relative marketing experience within the Commercial Real Estate Industry
- Relevant Technologies – Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 Suite, Salesforce, Asana
- Experience in Real Estate Industry (Required)
