About the role

  • Develop and review procurement plans and strategies aligned with WoAG policies
  • Source and manage services, materials, and goods tailored to each entity
  • Lead transition activities for procured services
  • Drive cost savings through innovation and process improvements
  • Maintain detailed procurement records and pipelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage and manage contractors, ensuring performance and compliance
  • Promote Indigenous and diverse supplier engagement
  • Ensure sustainable and ethical procurement practices
  • Represent C&W in bid responses and social procurement forums

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in building services
  • Proven contractor management and performance monitoring skills
  • Strong financial acumen and cost reduction achievements
  • Experience promoting supplier diversity and social enterprise engagement
  • Proficiency in eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), MS Office, and reporting tools like PowerBI
  • Familiarity with Rapid Global, JDE, Converga is a plus
