About the role
- Key account role supporting the Facilities Management (IFM) and Engineering teams in meeting strategic business objectives, compliance requirements, and KPIs.
- Operates as an integrator between IFM teams, COE platform, Shared Services, field operations, vendors, and account leadership.
- Responsible for related data integrity and reporting tools for delivery of IFM services and ensures reliability of service lines work product.
- Create visualizations and custom reporting using multiple data sources to assist IFM team and client in timely data management processes and quality and reliability of deliverables for decision-making presentations.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners to ensure goal-oriented programs and operational strategies align with account goals.
- Assist in the preparation of IFM market, personnel, and related fleet or resource information for presentations and meetings.
- Dissect processes and information to construct clear findings and improvement recommendations.
- Manage project work: task sequencing, milestones, risk, and contingencies to ensure timely launches.
- Interpret collected data and identify functional requirements through process analysis and document review.
- Maintain organized records and implement systems of checks and balances for IFM compliance.
- Conduct audits and inspections and document organization processes to ensure performance and adherence to quality requirements.
- Maintain complex database applications (SharePoint sites, BI dashboards, playbooks).
- Develop operational standards/playbooks/operating manuals for all aspects of the client workplace.
- Proactively review workplace systems/processes to innovate and improve customer journey and workplace experience.
- Create presentations, process flows, and diagrams to accompany documentation.
- Ensure corporate standards and internal company processes and systems are leveraged.
- Comply with all company and account safety procedures and complete required C&W Safety Training annually.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
- Higher level education (AA, BA, BS) preferred but not required.
- IFMA or BOMA certification, HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/ Trades certificated preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ or more of administrative support or operational analyst/coordinator experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, GSuite, MS Teams, Zoom, BlueJeans.
- Understanding of Facilities Management a plus.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in IMF operations processes.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and business model a plus.
- Ability to provide solid customer service while exercising diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and influence positive outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.
