About the role
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems
- Maintain heating and cooling equipment
- Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with C&W standards
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building operations
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 3+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
- Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician License)
