About the role
- Provide professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments
- Interact with client representatives onsite, receiving direction and coordinating with management team
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements
- Prepare agendas, manage master project budgets and timelines to meet objectives
- Prepare project reports and drawing reviews at various project phases
- Assist in consultant and construction team selection and oversight
- Review requisitions, change orders, and confer on costs and impacts
- Support marketing of services to clients as requested
- Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
- Cooperate with building personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals
- Report major problems and findings to immediate supervisor with recommendations
- Advise management on potential organizational changes and expenditures
- Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards
- Strive to improve skills and work knowledge continuously
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
