💰 $106,250 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments
  • Interact with client representatives onsite, receiving direction and coordinating with management team
  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements
  • Prepare agendas, manage master project budgets and timelines to meet objectives
  • Prepare project reports and drawing reviews at various project phases
  • Assist in consultant and construction team selection and oversight
  • Review requisitions, change orders, and confer on costs and impacts
  • Support marketing of services to clients as requested
  • Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
  • Cooperate with building personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals
  • Report major problems and findings to immediate supervisor with recommendations
  • Advise management on potential organizational changes and expenditures
  • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards
  • Strive to improve skills and work knowledge continuously

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
