About the role
- Serve as point of contact for our clients
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Address client concerns and issues promptly
- Encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving among team members
- Partner with account leadership to identify and promote sharing of best practices
- Establish finance related priorities and initiatives
- Develop and implement solutions to overcome business challenges
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external controls
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for account staff
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with roles in finance and procurement services
- CPA/MBA is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate
- Financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- Prior experience in directly managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional delegation skills
- Excellent client relationship management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency in computer systems like MS Office, Yardi, Smartsheet, PowerBi, Triana and PowerPoint
