About the role
- Lead and manage the business development process from commencement to material completion
- Interfacing directly with leadership and fee earners throughout the process
- Lead strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations
- Conduct due diligence on the client to develop client-centric proposal and presentation materials
- Deliver final, clean pitch and/or presentation content
- Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing or public relations
- 5+ years of experience
- Background in B2B proposal writing and/or business development marketing
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite - InDesign
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
