About the role
- Prepare and present upcoming proposed projects for both existing and new clients.
- Ensure that all code requirements comply with laws or rules of the state.
- Ensure all region(s) and its properties Repairs, Renovations, & Paint practices are in accordance with EPA regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all applicable permits and documentation are prepared properly and filed accordingly.
- Address corrective notices issued by the inspecting authority.
- Track invoices and collections for the construction management department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of Construction experience
- Extensive knowledge of renovation and property operations
- Must understand the concept of value engineering
- Estimating and project management software experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email system communication
