About the role

  • Prepare Appraisal Reports and related Consulting and Financial analytics
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and provide consistent methodology across portfolios
  • Handle multiple assignments and perform data collection and market research
  • Analyze complex scenarios and revenue/expense performance
  • Conduct valuation assignments including cash flow projections and present value analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related area required
  • 5 to 10 years of Institutional Valuation experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Argus Enterprise knowledge required
  • State Certified General License required
  • MAI designation preferred
  • Solid understanding of Fair Value (ASC 820), IVS
  • Familiarity with AMC platforms such as Altus/AVI and Situs VMS and quarterly attribution
  • Real Estate portfolio experience a plus
