About the role

  • Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives within defined timelines and budgets
  • Apply change management methodologies to facilitate adoption and sustainment of new processes, technologies, and operating models
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, digital transformation, organizational efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ensure accountability
  • Collaborate with subject matters experts and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the of design of the best solution , organizational buy in and alignment
  • Drive engagement and adoption by building and executing effective change management plans
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the development and implementation of transformation solutions
  • Manage risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and track progress
  • Champion the professional growth and career development of analysts through coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback
  • Provide hands-on oversight of daily project activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture by driving engagement, supporting skill development, sharing best practices and guiding the Transformation Team’s ongoing evolution
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial real estate, transformation, change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, real estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 –10 years of experience in consulting or corporate transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, financial modeling, change management and operational delivery.
  • Proven success with transformative solutions that may include data analytics, BI Reporting, off-shore /nearshore resourcing, AI and automation.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, teaming and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI, ITIL, LEAN, etc.) are a plus.
