About the role
- Reporting and partnering closely with the VP of Global TA, this role will lead the delivery of all recruitment across GOS globally.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and values.
- Manage and mentor a global team of recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement a strategy to identify and map top talent in the global market, particularly for key IFM hires in account Senior leadership roles.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process to enhance collaboration with local HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for GOS service line and Amazon account senior leadership.
- Through partnership with People Partners, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the globe.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a high-performance, modernized and integrated talent acquisition function
- 5+ years of being a people-leader preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading a multi-faceted brokerage TA team strongly preferred, including market mapping, sourcing, etc.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA talent market and recruitment best practices
- Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement at the senior leadership level
- Excellent planning and project management skills; experience with large scale transformation preferred
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Strong data acumen and attention to detail
- Large company experience strongly preferred; Fortune 500 company experience a plus
- Willingness to be on regular calls across global time zones and travel up to 10%
