About the role
- Lead the day-to-day transaction management for a high-profile portfolio of properties across North and South America.
- Partner closely with the Dallas-based client to implement strategic vision and goals.
- Manage brokerage professionals to effectively negotiate lease, sale, sublease, and purchase terms.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with state real estate standards.
- Expand account services and engage in business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
- Proficiency in managing high-level, complex transactions and contract compliance.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
