About the role
- Create high-quality design deliverables for proposals and presentations under strict deadlines
- Lead creative direction for pursuits, including idea boards and sample slides
- Collaborate with proposal managers, sales leads, and SMEs to understand project goals
- Translate complex ideas into simple, effective visual solutions
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Prepare files for print and production
- Stay current with design trends and propose innovative visual concepts
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines
- Build relationships with international design teams and share best practices
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the design team
- Develop a basic understanding of the GOS business and its service lines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a corporate design environment, ideally in sales, proposals, or marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with video editing, UI design, or interactive platforms like Ceros is a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
