About the role
- oversee the finance and accounting operations for a critical Global Occupier Services account
- ensure exceptional client service delivery and implementation of corporate real estate strategies
- manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures
- oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and annual budgeting processes
- serve as point of contact for clients, ensuring needs are met
- build strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly
- establish overall finance-related priorities and initiatives to meet reporting deadlines
Requirements
- a minimum of 7 years of experience with roles in finance and procurement services
- CPA, CMA & MBA are preferred
- knowledge and experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate
- financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- prior experience in directly managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams
- exceptional delegation skills
- excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- excellent written and oral communications skills
- proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, Smartsheet, PowerBi, Triana, and PowerPoint
