- Oversee an assigned portfolio of 3+ properties
- Ensure smooth operations in partnership with Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager
- Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
- Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team

- Manage and maintain the overall community budget and finances
Requirements
- 5+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Manager experience
- 1+ years of Multi-site Multifamily Property Manager experience
- Yardi proficiency
- Real Estate License required, per state law
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required
