About the role
- Transform concepts into spaces that people rely on every day
- Lead projects from early design vision through construction
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and teams
- Shape highly populated environments with a focus on efficiency and customer experience
- Manage multiple projects and take them from start to finish
- Conduct on-site observations and inspections during construction
- Seal and sign permit documents if licensed.
Requirements
- NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- 8+ years job-related work experience with demonstrated competence leading projects, teams and clients
- Experienced and passionate about Grocery and Retail
- Current architect license/registration is a plus, not a must
