About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support a high-performance culture by enhancing the team member experience and driving Human Resources initiatives.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and attractive benefit strategies for team members.
  • Act as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, managing enrollment and communication.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including benefits and payroll regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on payroll, benefits, 401K administration, and Human Resources Compliance.
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll.
  • Deep understanding of federal and state payroll, 401k, benefit, employment laws and practices.
  • Strong computer skills with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies; experience with Paylocity preferred.
