Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from start through final delivery
Keep schedules on track by following up with suppliers, internal teams, and clients

Investigate issues using a “5 Whys” approach to identify root causes and prevent repeat problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or a similar coordination role
Professional fluency in Chinese (spoken and written)
Strong working proficiency in English
Experience coordinating with factories/suppliers and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving habits and a structured communication style
Comfort working with international stakeholders and time zones
