Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the growth of Curtiss-Wright’s Instrumentation and Control (I&C) products and services.
Driving revenue and market share growth while increasing customer engagement.
Defining, implementing, and evolving the sales strategy for a $200M business unit.
Owning revenue targets, strategic account growth, and capture of high-value contracts.
Developing sales forecasts and providing input into corporate revenue planning.
Building and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and procurement executives.
Managing marketing communications and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Driving pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement and demand generation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven leader, with exceptional execution skills.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale sales organizations.
Excellent strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management skills.
Proven significant growth delivery experience.
Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Willingness to travel to support sales activities and client engagements.
Beneficial to have nuclear experience and/or I&C experience.
Strong people management and talent development skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
