About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the growth of Curtiss-Wright’s Instrumentation and Control (I&C) products and services.
- Driving revenue and market share growth while increasing customer engagement.
- Defining, implementing, and evolving the sales strategy for a $200M business unit.
- Owning revenue targets, strategic account growth, and capture of high-value contracts.
- Developing sales forecasts and providing input into corporate revenue planning.
- Building and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and procurement executives.
- Managing marketing communications and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Driving pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement and demand generation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leader, with exceptional execution skills.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale sales organizations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proven significant growth delivery experience.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Willingness to travel to support sales activities and client engagements.
- Beneficial to have nuclear experience and/or I&C experience.
- Strong people management and talent development skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
