About the role
- Provide timely responses to customer requests
- Accurately process customer orders
- Utilize ERP system to create customer contracts, update pricing, create BOMs
- Be the inside representative for 2 major customers
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- MS Office experience required
- Experience in ERP/MRP system preferred
