About the role
- Lead the design and development of FPGA-based solutions
- Mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and customers
- Contribute to concept development and product release
- Drive FPGA development from concept through coding, simulation, and hardware testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of FPGA hardware development experience
- Strong understanding of FPGA design flow
- Proven problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience leading projects or mentoring team members preferred
- US Citizenship is mandatory; Active security clearance is preferred
- Experience in simulation test benches using Model Sim or Questa
- Familiarity with Xilinx ISE/Vivado tools
- Experience with Xilinx 7-Series and other platforms
