Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of FSI Partner/Account Managers
Set and execute partner strategy for federal systems integrators
Personally own strategic SI relationships
Coach your team to become trusted product experts
Build executive relationships across SI leadership
Establish repeatable co-sell motions
Quantify value with ROI cases tied to developer productivity
Serve as the voice of the SI partner ecosystem to leadership
Partner closely with Field Engineering and Federal Sales
Navigate federal contract vehicles and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of federal technology sales or partner/channel experience
2+ years leading and scaling a team
Experience working with or inside major federal systems integrators
Track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline
Comfortable with SI organizational structures and capture processes
Understanding of federal contract vehicles
Analytical approach to partner pipeline and forecasting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
