About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Win new business and drive revenue for Cursor
  • Guide prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging technologies
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota
  • Proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and selling to technical stakeholders
  • Analytical approach to understanding customer needs combined with creative, tactical follow-through
  • Excellent communicator who can present confidently and build trust
  • Passionate about AI and the importance of transforming how software gets written
  • Fluent business level German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Swedish
