Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with all teams across our Service department
Manage medium- to large-sized implementations
Drive the annual license renewal and upsell process
Provide high-level service and dedication to students and teachers
Address and resolve educator concerns and capture feedback
Identify opportunities for expansions within existing implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in education or marketing
5 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
Customer orientated with strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable or proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Energized by the prospect of learning new technology and systems
