About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Remediate print and digital products and update source files and assets as needed
Expand on existing prototypes and page layouts
Attend and participate in project meetings
Document and follow up on important actions from meetings
Communicate regularly with supervisors and cross-functional collaborators
Understand and execute project goals and maintain schedules
Track tasks using project management tool
Implement product-specific visual design plans
Perform detailed reviews of vendor-generated content and provide feedback
Revise and resize existing art to meet requirements
Mark up PDFs and contribute to existing style guides and prototypes
Ensure files meet accessibility and production requirements
Serve as a resource for other designers and share knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Creative problem-solver, capable of engaging with both mathematics and literacy curriculums
Strong appreciation and understanding of print and UX design best practices and WCAG standards
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline-driven mindset
Organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and listening skills
Openness and ability to apply constructive feedback
Eagerness to learn
