About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize the Qualified platform
- Partner closely with Inside Sales

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience managing or operating an AI-powered conversational platform
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Background in BDR, inside sales, or lead qualification
- Data-driven approach to performance management
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with sales teams
- Experience managing or coordinating with distributed teams across time zones
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work side-by-side with Inside Sales leadership
