About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with all teams across our Service department
Manage small- to medium-sized implementations of Curriculum Associates' products
Drive the annual license renewal and upsell process through high-quality service and attention to educator needs
Conduct regular check-ins to address and resolve educator concerns
Capture educator feedback on products
Uncover trends in data that highlight student performance and needs
Leverage data as a coaching tool towards equitable and engaging practices in the classroom
Cultivate champions and partners in assigned districts
Support new and prospective implementations by retrieving information for proper account set-up

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of people and disciplines
Natural problem-solving and analytical capability
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Comfortable providing guidance to educators towards best practices and successful implementation
