About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and little to no previous professional experience.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
