Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing automation strategy and operations
  • Optimize marketing initiatives through email, CRM integration, audience segmentation, and Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Own the marketing automation roadmap and email program
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Martech, Sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain lead and MQL scorecards and qualification frameworks
  • Drive multi-channel audience strategy and execute test-and-learn programs
  • Lead email team and oversee email calendar and campaign development
  • Implement trigger-based email journeys and automated programs
  • Maximize email performance through continuous testing
  • Ensure compliance with email and marketing automation regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Proven ability to build and manage lead scoring models and MQL frameworks
  • Experience designing and deploying trigger-based email journeys
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple concurrent programs
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and IT
  • Proficiency in email performance analysis
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, COPPA, and FERPA
  • Familiarity with ESP platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Experience directing distributed or offshore resources
