About the role
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support
- Analyze data and communicate with district and site leaders
- Collaborate with district leaders to develop annual professional learning plans
- Deliver professional learning on effective implementation of educational products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development learning
- Fluency using digital tools including online assessments
- An understanding of principles of adult learning and how to apply them to professional learning
- Ability to provide high-quality classroom coaching
- Willingness to travel within designated territory and to company meetings
