About the role
- Lead execution and evolution of key digital experiences for professional learning for educators
- Partner with product leadership to contribute to and operationalize a connected ecosystem
- Drive execution of the digital professional learning initiatives
- Develop clear success metrics (KPIs) and continuously measure progress
- Manage the execution of the digital professional learning platform initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of a BS/BA degree; STEM degree preferred
- 7-9 years of product management experience with a demonstrated record of delivering high-impact products
- Experience designing digital learning experiences
- Familiarity with learning management and content management platforms is a strong advantage
- Experience evaluating 3rd party tools
- Strong background in product strategy and execution
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in matrixed, global organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams—including engineering, design, and operations
- Experience mentoring and/or managing team members
