About the role
- Be an Advocate for our customers: Visit their locations and become an expert on their processes and tech stack.
- Sustain Deep Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain an understanding of our software product and API, and influence our product roadmap.
- Drive Relationship until Deal Completion: Perform demos and complete RFP’s on time to get client buy in and move Curri into the pilot or rollout process as quickly as possible.
- Bridge Operational Processes: Map customer operations against Curri’s to create sustainable, efficient solutions for both parties.
- Design Future State Partnership: Partner with customers to understand their objectives and create proposals to address their challenges that also leverage Curri’s existing or potential capabilities.
- Quarterback Cross-Functional Buy-In: Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on solution requirements, project scope, and implementation milestones.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and proactively suggest improvements to customer and Curri workflows, anticipating future needs and scalability.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Earn new business and actively identify opportunities to expand Curri’s footprint within their operations, positioning additional solutions that align with their evolving needs and secure long-term partnerships.
- Support Successful Execution: Partner with Program Management, Revenue, Engineering, and Implementation teams to complete deals and ensure timely solutions that follow through on our promises.
- Ensure Lasting Impact: Stay tuned in throughout build, implementation, and launch to guarantee client adoption and satisfaction post-implementation, ensuring the long-term value of Curri’s solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineer, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
- Proven ability to grow business and win sales discussions.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, technical architecture, and software implementation processes.
- Demonstrated success in building client relationships, with a track record of translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—you’ll interact with executives at Fortune 500 companies and day-to-day operations managers alike.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Creative and analytical mindset, able to proactively solve complex issues and adapt solutions as client needs evolve.
