About the role

  • Advocate for design, product, research, usability, value and informed decisions
  • Collaborate with different teams and manage stakeholders
  • Define, ideate, research, and prototype both in low and high fidelity
  • Plan and facilitate workshops
  • Document and synthesise insights
  • Maintain and work on design systems and design tokens
  • Write UX copy and microcopy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design
  • Degree or similar qualification in Design or equivalent practical experience and training
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Natural curiosity to solve problems, collaborative, analytical and have a product mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams following an agile, product-led approach
  • Expert-level Figma user
  • Strong UX copy and microcopy writing skills
  • Excellent web and mobile app design skills
  • Fintech or SaaS product design experience
