• Identify and research potential partners through existing networks and online platform searches
• Maintain regular communication with partners through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Provide timely support and respond to partner inquiries
• Follow up on onboarding processes to ensure smooth account activation
• Monitor client accounts, identify issues or opportunities, and propose solutions to improve engagement and boost sales
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner and client issues are handled efficiently
