About the role

  • Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for customer to leverage Currenxie products and services
  • Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to expand usage and up-sell
  • Anticipate customer requirements and challenges, working towards solutions with data-driven insights
  • Maintain and exceed volume, revenue, and customer retention targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SMEs/Enterprise to build profitable partnerships
  • Experience in eCommerce or FinTech is a plus
  • Ability to see the big picture and understand key drivers of the business
  • Comfortable in fast paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
