About the role
- Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships and managing stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for customer to leverage Currenxie products and services
- Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to expand usage and up-sell
- Anticipate customer requirements and challenges, working towards solutions with data-driven insights
- Maintain and exceed volume, revenue, and customer retention targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SMEs/Enterprise to build profitable partnerships
- Experience in eCommerce or FinTech is a plus
- Ability to see the big picture and understand key drivers of the business
- Comfortable in fast paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
