Generate high-quality leads and secure meetings with potential clients for software development offerings
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities
Utilize various tools and platforms, including cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound tactics to identify and engage potential clients
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the account executives
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities
Collaborate with the team to align outbound efforts with inbound marketing strategies
Track and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our company's services
Work onsite at the Philadelphia office directly with other salespeople and the CEO to build out the Philly sales office and expand the client base
Requirements
A technical understanding of software development, whether through past career experience or your own side projects – we’re looking for people who have opened up a terminal and written code
You don’t need formal sales experience to apply, as we’ll provide all the training you need
Ideally, in Philadelphia proper, but the surrounding suburbs are OK as well if you’re willing to commute into the city
Ability to use data in decision-making
Fast learner, motivated to earn money, and growth-oriented
Outgoing, good with people, and able to think on your feet
Able to learn and pick up new software tools quickly
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
