Curology is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead our analytics strategy and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Refine data infrastructure, enhance analytical capabilities, and deliver actionable insights to fuel business growth.
Oversee the analytics team, develop best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure data informs product, marketing, and operations.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Manage and enhance the company's analytics infrastructure for scalability, accuracy, and accessibility.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify business questions, define key metrics, and deliver analytical frameworks.
Develop and implement best practices for data governance, reporting, visualization, and modeling.
Drive advanced analytics initiatives including customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and performance forecasting.
Oversee development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time business performance insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations with senior leadership through clear storytelling.
Champion data literacy across the organization.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on leading analytics teams in a growing tech or DTC environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
In-depth understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytical techniques.
Proven experience developing data-driven strategies to inform business decisions in marketing, product, or operations.
Experience with data governance best practices and data quality management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for results and a passion for data.
Experience in the beauty or healthcare sectors is a plus.
