About the role
- Responsible for our global sales and marketing strategy
- Develop scalable processes and oversee data-driven performance campaigns
- Expand into international markets and build strategic partner networks
- Shape market positioning in coordination with C‑level and the Director of Product
- Manage your team using OKRs
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of 15 colleagues
- Direct customer contact to gather valuable input
- Public-facing role as the face of CUREosity
Requirements
- More than 10 years' experience in marketing and sales
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with budget and personnel responsibility
- Experience with the SaaS business model
- Experience being responsible for or supporting revenue volumes in the 8- to 9-figure range
- Venture-case experience, M&A or an exit is a strong plus
- Extensive experience in digital B2B sales and data-driven marketing
- Confident use of tools such as HubSpot, Atlassian and Meta
- Fluent German (C2) and very good written and spoken English
