About the role

  • Responsible for our global sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop scalable processes and oversee data-driven performance campaigns
  • Expand into international markets and build strategic partner networks
  • Shape market positioning in coordination with C‑level and the Director of Product
  • Manage your team using OKRs
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of 15 colleagues
  • Direct customer contact to gather valuable input
  • Public-facing role as the face of CUREosity

Requirements

  • More than 10 years' experience in marketing and sales
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with budget and personnel responsibility
  • Experience with the SaaS business model
  • Experience being responsible for or supporting revenue volumes in the 8- to 9-figure range
  • Venture-case experience, M&A or an exit is a strong plus
  • Extensive experience in digital B2B sales and data-driven marketing
  • Confident use of tools such as HubSpot, Atlassian and Meta
  • Fluent German (C2) and very good written and spoken English
