About the role You'll be the architect of our operational infrastructure. This isn't about maintaining the status quo—you'll be building systems, processes, and teams while keeping the trucks running. Work directly with our founders and leadership team to identify operational bottlenecks, design solutions, and execute with urgency. Immediate impact: Audit current operations across finance, HR, legal, and facilities to identify critical gaps. Implement quick wins that reduce friction and free up founder/leadership time. Own vendor relationships and negotiate better contracts. Partner with finance team for budget management. Lead quarterly planning and cross-functional project coordination. Near Term Impact: Build and scale our people operations: onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks. Design and implement systems for managing rapid growth (tools, workflows, documentation). Establish data-driven operational metrics and reporting cadence. Begin building your team as complexity grows. Long Term Opportunity: Evolve into VP Operations or COO as the company scales.
