Chief of Staff

• Partner with the CEO on company-wide strategy, translating a broad vision into quarterly priorities, operating plans, and the decisions that actually get made.
• Design and roll out our performance management framework from the ground up - goal-setting, review cycles, calibration, and career frameworks - so expectations are clear and talent is developed as we scale.
• Establish the metrics that matter for each function, build the dashboards and reporting cadence behind them, and create a data-driven operating rhythm that surfaces problems early instead of late.
• Lead how CurbWaste uses AI internally - identifying where AI creates real leverage across functions, deploying tooling and workflows, and building an operation that runs leaner and faster because AI is in the fabric of how we work, not bolted on.
• Drive the strategic initiatives that don't have an obvious owner. Push execution across the org without formal authority, and make the CEO's job smaller.
• Partner with finance on modeling, metrics, and board-level reporting; help prepare for future fundraises.
