About the role
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates the platform in the waste management market
- Create compelling value propositions for different customer segments (waste haulers, recycling facilities, municipal clients)
- Build and maintain detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps specific to waste industry decision-makers
- Lead product launch strategies and execution for new features and platform updates
- Design customer acquisition strategies across digital and industry-specific channels
- Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and providing solutions that drive value
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
- Use analytics and marketing automation tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to gather insights and ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to market to blue collar customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc)
- Ability to execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet revenue targets
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships and buyer personas
- Market analysis skills: stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
- Collaborative experience working with sales, product development, and customer support
